Coaching and Communication
Writing helps to sharpen ones thinking just as coaching helps to explore and reconnect with dreams in relation to ones potential. I have had the pleasure to sharpen both my communication and coaching skils with the guidance of experts in addition to my own explorations.
I had the pleassure to follow one out of ID Academy´s two year coaching eduction before I had to move to Singapore in the middle of the education in the middle of 2012. From the first year I learned the core areas of essens and the related models to help others explore and reconnect with their essens and related goals in relation to one self, others and objections moulded in over time (Past).
I can highly recommend the coaching education at ID Academy that is very focused on the practial aspects of coaching:
In addition, one has to attend both coaching and therapy sessions as part of the education and I have contined with these.
I had the pleasure to learn the craft of effective writing from Jørgen Rostd a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Industry (1994-2002) and chairman of an OECD Business Committee. This was besides his experience based on the principles of the pyramid principle by Barbara Minto. These principle are purely structural. In addition, I have had the explore the work of Nancy Duarte that in her book "Resonate - Present Visial Stories That Transform Audiences" complementing the Pyramid Principle by clarifying how to transform any presentation into an engaging journey. In addition, I have had the pleassure to attend a sales course by Torben Wiese that expressed communication needed for deep clarification of needs before proposing and / or exploring solutions. Finally, I have had the pleasure to sharpen my communication skills further through private communication training sessions with Anne Katrine Lund.
