  • 2. Habit Formation (Basal Ganglia): Build automaticity. Consistent routines free up mental energy.

  • 4. Decision-Making (Prefrontal Cortex): Engage the 'CEO'. With a regulated system, focus, planning, and problem-solving become easier.
