Behind this Navigator is a lifelong journey to understand the human dimension of leadership and transformation.
I’ve explored deeply: coaching (ID Academy), somatic therapy, yoga, breathwork, and emotional inquiry. I’ve learned from dance and freestyle improvisation what it means to show up—authentically, in flow.
