My leadership in driving innovation centers and regional business units at a global industrial company from 2010 to 2022 has endowed me with invaluable insights to enact meaningful change. Over this period, I facilitated group planning across all RBUs and development centers, overseeing more than 100 projects annually. This experience has provided me with a unique perspective on planning, status tracking, and project realization, ensuring effective development strategies and execution reviews. 
As a pivotal figure in a transformative corporate startup, I’ve been at the forefront of evolving a business from simple component manufacturing to delivering integrated system solutions, igniting significant growth, and leading to a strategic acquisition. Additionally, as a consultant, I played a key role in the transaction between Michelin/Euromaster and Vulcan Group and Business Transformations Aps, further showcasing my capability in managing complex business transformations and strategic deals.
As a pivotal figure in a transformative corporate startup, I’ve been at the forefront of evolving a business from simple component manufacturing to delivering integrated system solutions, igniting significant growth, and leading to a strategic acquisition. Additionally, as a consultant, I played a key role in the transaction between Michelin/Euromaster and Vulcan Group and Business Transformations Aps, further showcasing my capability in managing complex business transformations and strategic deals. My journey also includes a notable milestone at Multi-Wing, where as Chief Strategy Officer, I navigated a strategic equity shift in collaboration with advisors Afry and Bech-Bruun. During the owner’s decision to sell a majority stake, I managed the intricate M&A transaction process internally, alongside the CFO, maintaining confidentiality while contributing to a comprehensive data room for due diligence. My strategic insights were crucial during McKinsey & Company's Commercial Due Diligence for Altor Equity Partners, and I later focused on post-acquisition strategies with BCG. I led the creation of Multi-Wing’s first sustainability strategy, aligning it with the company's long-term vision, and developed a robust growth plan for 2028 with Altor and BCG. My tenure culminated in a successful transition and a pathway to sustainable growth, leaving behind a legacy of strategic foresight. I chose to pursue my entrepreneurial passion, establishing my consultancy to continue driving innovation and strategic development in new ventures. 
I have also served as an external lecturer in "Innovation" and "Marketing & Strategy" at Aarhus University, and I am the author of "Innovation Policy," a book detailing the innovation process and the importance of opportunity, ability, and willingness at each step.
My strategic influence extends to the national innovation stage, evidenced by contributions to Denmark's seminal 'Iværksætterindekset', among other benchmarks. Beyond these professional spheres, creativity and innovation are woven into the fabric of my being. As a transformational music and freestyle artist, an Argentine tango aficionado, and an athletic champion, I embody the FlowState principles in every endeavor.
