Having lived and worked across the world—from Barcelona during my PhD studies at IESE Business School to 2.5 years in Singapore—I’ve collaborated with professionals from every continent. Driving Strategic Innovation & Business Transformation

​At E&R, I unleash creativity through FlowState Innovation, driving strategic transformations for individuals and teams.

My leadership journey spans over a decade in global industrial sectors, where I facilitated innovation and growth in HQ, development centres and regional business units, overseeing more than 100 projects annually. This experience honed my skills in planning, tracking, and delivering successful initiatives.

Key Milestones:

Corporate Transformation: Played a pivotal role in transforming Multi-Wing from a component manufacturer to an integrated system provider as part of a core corporate startup team. Additionally, facilitated the M&A transaction between Euromaster Denmark, Michelin, and Vulcan Group through my consultancy, managing key data, business cases, and buyer interactions, leading to a successful deal.

Multi-Wing, Chief Strategy Officer: Led Multi-Wing's corporate strategy and group planning for over a decade. Managed M&A activities, collaborating with McKinsey & BCG on strategic due diligence and post-acquisition planning. Developed the company's first sustainability strategy in partnership with Altor Equity Partners, aligning with long-term growth objectives.

Thought Leadership & Innovation
As a former external lecturer in Innovation and Marketing & Strategy at Aarhus University and author of Innovation Policy, I have gained significant expertise in both teaching and the field of innovation. This experience was further strengthened during my time working for a research and policy unit, contributing to Denmark's innovation framework conditions. I have been involved in national innovation strategies, such as Denmark’s Iværksætterindekset, and developed or described models for user-driven innovation and building Denmark’s innovation capacity.

Outside of the professional sphere, I bring FlowState principles to my personal endeavors as a transformational music artist, Argentine tango aficionado, and athletic champion.
